We close our Youth Day series with Jiale Yeak, whose career shows that there is no single route to leadership in manufacturing.

Through roles spanning sales, R&D, warehousing, marketing and business development, Jia Le has gained experience across different parts of the business value chain. This has shaped how he connects customer needs, product development and commercial growth in his role as Chief Marketing Officer of Theo10, a company that has been part of SMF's membership for 12 years.

His leadership approach is grounded in trust. He focuses on understanding his team's strengths, removing barriers and creating space for people to contribute ideas.

His advice to young professionals is simple: stay curious and take on opportunities before you feel fully ready. Each experience builds the perspective and confidence needed to grow.
