Another customer’s lashes were ruined… 😢

Yesterday, we had a customer come in for a lash removal, and to our shock, we discovered that her previous lash stylist had glued the extensions directly onto her eyelids! 😨 It took us over an hour just to safely remove them without causing damage.

At our salon, we take lash health very seriously. We always emphasize during training that this should never happen, and we want to remind all our customers to be extra careful when choosing a lash stylist. Proper technique matters—not just for how your lashes look, but also for your eye health!
