I’ve seen so many people mention “Qi” online but I was never satisfied with the way people defined it. After thinking and rewriting it many times, and making connections to modern science, this is my explanation of Qi.

Chinese medicine can be interpreted in many ways. That’s the cool thing about Chinese language. One character can have multiple meanings. The character 中 means Center, Middle, Balance, and China.
There can be other interpretations too. These are just a few that I pointed out.
