This is where EmpowHer began - My Mother!
Not in a lab.
Not in a boardroom.
Not because supplements were trending.
It began by watching my mom navigate menopause with very little support, very few answers, and feeling like she simply had to endure it.
Years later, as a coach, I started hearing the same stories from hundreds of women.
“I don’t recognise myself anymore.”
“I’m exhausted.”
“My body has changed overnight.”
“I’ve been told it’s just my age.”
I knew there had to be a better way.
That led me on a 15-month journey through the research, speaking with experts, questioning every ingredient, and going back to something that had been part of my own life since I was a little girl - rooibos tea.
EmpowHer was never about creating another supplement.
It’s about helping women feel heard, understood, and supported through one of the biggest transitions of their lives.
Because menopause shouldn’t be something women survive.
It should be something they’re empowered to navigate. 💜
