Apply your facial oil, then hold your tool at 15 to 45 degrees angle and work upward, sweeping from the centre of the face outward toward the hairline and ears.

Finish by bringing everything back down the neck toward the collarbone.

🤲🏻 Facial Massage
A simple ritual that can provide temporary ease. For 3-5 minutes, use your fingertips or palms with light but deliberate pressure pressure across the temples, forehead, and jawline; firm enough to feel the muscle beneath and gentle enough that the skin never pulls or drags.

Ideally, use a facial oil to move without friction, especially across the jaw.

🧖🏼‍♀️ Cleanser Massage
Using the pads of your fingers, work your cleanser in with small, circular motions across the face, moving from the centre outward. Apply light and consistent pressure to engage the skin without stretching it.

Consider using a cream or oil-based cleanser so it moves more smoothly across the skin and supports the massage without stripping. Foam or gel cleansers can be used, though they may need a little more water to maintain the glide.
