HSA recalls 18 cosmetic products, some with high levels of mercury The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) has recalled 18 cosmetic products which it said contains "potent undeclared ingredients", some including high levels of mercury which exceed the permissible level by over 27,000 times, in an advisory issued Friday (20 April 2018).
