Last week, I took another old friend for a drive around Glastonbury, passing by Stonehenge and a meditation walk in Chalice Well. As we walked towards Glastonbury Tor, the sunlight shining on my face filled my heart with gratitude and bliss. I stopped for 10 minutes and closed my eyes facing the sun. I felt the powerful effects of the sunlight, which helps balance and enhance our body’s natural functions, especially during this time of year.

Recent research shows that 1 in 6 adults are deficient in Vitamin D, vital for our bones, teeth and muscles.

I had a wonderful four days offering Tao Touch organ massage amidst the beautiful Bygrave Woods. The experience began under a bell tent, where we faced rain on the first day and a thunderstorm on the second, followed by two days of sunshine! Throughout this journey, I witnessed the energy flow of the receivers as they released old feelings and discovered new sensations. Many shared their struggles with pain and the unnecessary burdens they carried within their bodies. I also observed receivers dropping in and out of a meditative state during the treatment, waking up with the biggest smiles and shining eyes.

I feel truly blessed that so many receivers placed their trust in me, allowing their bodies to reveal that there are more ways to find release than I had originally recognised. Both sides were surprised by the power of active listening and the learning that comes from letting go of control.

I am still on the path of refining the session names and categories to enhance understanding for potential clients. However, I have learned that the right people will come at the right time. My offerings now span from the Organs Wind Gate to Tui Na, which assists in relieving tension and applying acupressure where it is most needed. My practice is indeed centered around Tao Touch.

Having recently returned from the retreat with Master Instructor Gilles Marin and my soul-called brother teaching assistant Kentaro, who helped enhance my growth in this part of the Chi Nei Tsang method. I was reunited with my soul family, where I continued my healing journey and growing my emotional maturity.

As I connect with my soul family, I am so inspired and motivated to share my bodywork services. I am inviting you to join me in harmonising your body, mind, and spirit.

It is these experiences which form our lives and guide us towards the clarity about what our heart really wants.

I am now recharged and have been reunited with my sense of self and have strengthened my connection to my ancestral line. Raising my passion and ability to help people heal themselves, reduce pain and bring back radiant health by reconciling self, soul and spirit and enabling the processing of past and current emotions.

My approach has been adjusted, so that this Autumn I can improve how I respond to your breath now matter how deep we explore together, so you can release and reconnect.
