2024: A Year of Firsts

This year has been amazing. A year filled with new experiences, growth, and valuable lessons.

April: I had the honor of judging a live competition for the first time. Huge thanks to for trusting me with this opportunity.

May: I organized the third edition of the .lash.competition , which was live for the first time. A milestone I’m incredibly proud of.

July: I completed my training to become an official Élan Lash and Brow Trainer. .global

October : I stepped out of my comfort zone and spoke at an international online conference for the first time. Thank you for your trust. 🫶

November: I was invited to speak in Opatija at the Lash Ladies with Love event thank you .love.lashes & for an unforgettable experience.

December: Of course, not everything was perfect. With all the events and busy salon work, I started feeling signs of burnout. Deciding to take mentorship with was the best career decision I made this year—it has been truly transformative.

Each year feels like a level up, and with the exciting events already lined up for 2025, I know the best is yet to come.

Here are some tips to help you master this look:

👉 **Stick to short lengths & low curls**: Use short lashes across most of the eye. Add subtle length only in the last few millimeters at the outer corner for that perfect flick.

👉 **Skip sparse, crooked lashes in outer corner**: Filling this lashes will only mess with final look and also by skipping them it will optically lift the outer corner.

👉 **Start with thick spikes**: Start creating the flick when there are 3 full layers. Use bold spikes by grabbing multiple lashes. Thin spikes will get lost, so go big for maximum visibility!

👉 **Avoid lashes growing higher**: Skipping these helps maintain a smooth, cohesive shape.

👉 **Increase the volume**: Darkness is key to mimicking the bold eyeliner effect we achieve with makeup. Don’t be afraid to amp it up!

V zadnjem času sem se znašla na prelomnici svoje 10-letne kariere v svetu lepote. Ob delu s strankami so mi urnik začeli polniti še tečaji, eventi in različni projekti, telo pa je začelo opozarjati na preobremenjenost, posledično je moja motivacija padla na minimum.

V zadnjih dveh mesecih sem veliko razmišljala in iskala način, kako najti ravnovesje. Dolgo sem razmišljala, da bi iz ponudbe umaknila podaljševanje trepalnic, saj mi ta storitev vzame največ časa in energije. Po premisleku pa sem ugotovila, da to storitev še vedno obožujem in je nočem popolnoma opustiti.

Zato sem se odločila, da podaljševanje trepalnic ostane v moji ponudbi, vendar z novim cenikom in urnikom (na podaljševanje trepalnic se ne bo več mogoče naročiti v popoldanskem času). Ta sprememba mi bo omogočila, da še vedno zagotavljam vrhunske rezultate, hkrati pa bom poskrbela tudi zase.
