🩸 Why it’s important🩸

Changing your menstrual products (pads, tampons, etc.) helps:
• Prevent bad odor
• Avoid leaks
• Reduce risk of infections
• Maintain comfort and freshness during your period

📆 How often should you change them?

* Change Pads every 4-6 hrs or more frequently on heavy flow days.
Sitting in a pad for too long can cause odor and irritation from moisture and bacteria buildup.

* Change Tampon every 4-6 hrs, never more than 8 hrs.
Leaving a tampon in too long can increase the risk of TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome) — a rare but serious bacterial infection.
