Holding space for the gift of grief. Grief sits of the flip side of love - there cannot be one without the other. With our busy lives though, the emotion of grief can be squashed, fitted into small pockets of our days to be hidden away for when we ‘have a moment’. This is a modern day approach however, and in times gone by whole villages would hold space for those that are grieving, leaving room for expression to honor the emotion.

At a time when so many of us are feeling overwhelmed with all that it going on in the world, there seems like there is so much to grieve and so little time to do it in our go go go culture.

We will be supported through the heart medicine of cacao and rose 🌹 and use SOMAbreath work to help us to release the tension born out of emotions with no place to go.
