Skincare tip:

The Ovahimba in Namibia still use it today as a natural sunscreen. They cover their entire bodies as well as their hair with a paste made with red ochre.

Red ochre also has anti-bacterial properties which prevent the breakdown of collagen and also protects from UV radiation.
