Lymphatic drainage for better health and sagging face. These make me feel good.
I hurt my back! This hasnât happened in a while. Last time it happened I was able to heal it myself by stretching. This time it was different. I have a high pain tolerance so I pushed through for the past week, until it was time for my staycation. I decided to take medication. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. So iâm feeling a lot better. Stretching am and pm. Have a good week guys.
Contâd from last video. I grind my teeth at night and notice I bite down a lot during the day. Therefore over time I feel like my jaw has gotten bigger. I use this to relax my jaw. Iâve been doing this with the other exercises too.
Letâs do some lymphatic drainage and shiatsu. Iâve doing it the past week and I see a difference.
Make sure you put an oil or moisturizer so your skin has some slip. Do it morning and night.
Doctors donât know everything, but they shouldnât give a definite answer to a question they donât know the answer to. They can say âI donât knowâ and thatâs ok too.
Take good care of ourselves and amazing things will happen. I truly believe that. Simple. No guilt.
Iâm struggling every day to do what I want to do. Itâs a new day and we all have good days and bad. Take a little time to breathe and be there for yourself. A lot of problems are because we choose to let them be problems. Thatâs the hard truth. See you tomorrow
Sit and work on yourself without distractions. We watch videos and reels and memes. We hear the information, but we need to take action. Itâs overwhelming a lot of the time. This is my therapy. Working on my fear of public speaking every day. Not being so hard on myself and doing the work. This is slowly taking mold. I have so many ideas and I need to organize them. 1 person told me that I am a good speaker. I will make myself believe one day. This why I am being brave and jumping in.
Weâre enough. I told my friend I have imposter syndrome in work and in my personal life sometimes. Iâll talk more about that later, but everything is going to be ok. Have a good week.
Oral health matters and sometimes we neglect it. I found out that teeth alignment and jaw alignment are important for breathing and effect whether you sleep well. Do you breathe through your nose all the time? Or are you a mouth breather? If your lips are dry you might want to look into that. There is also a correct way of swallowing. Iâm also looking into whether the tooth crown was actually necessary. It couldâve been my jaw all this time. Iâve had this sharp pain for several years. Only when I bite down on that are when Iâm chewing. It doesnât necessarily have to be hard food either. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Good health starts with good mental health. Smile a little more, have a positive inner voice(how you speak to yourself matters) and have a good friend that makes you feel good about yourself. Exercise, eating well doesnât mean a thing if you donât have good mental health. Have a joyful day.
