This is a common concern I hear parents and students have. Obviously I am not asking an 18-year-old to start doing fasts at university. However, you can implement a time-restricted eating regimen that will ensure that you’re prioritizing your health while still being able to enjoy the big social life you may have when you first get to college.

I've learned that gratitude is not just a feeling, it's a powerful tool that can help us navigate the ups and downs of running a business. When we're grateful for what we have, we're able to focus on the positive and find solutions to the challenges that come our way.
