WHICH FOODS HAVE HIGH AND LOW AMOUNTS OF DEUTERIUM.
Deuterium gets into your body via the things you eat and drink and also via the humidity in the air you breath. You can’t do much about what you breathe. But here are some facts about the food you eat that can help you consume less deuterium.
Green plants deplete deuterium – vegetables are deuterium depleted.
Plants get rid of their deuterium by putting it in their sugar storage – fruits, potatoes, grains, etc. are high in deuterium.
Nuts are full of fat and protein and not sugar – nuts are deuterium depleted.
Grass-fed animals are deuterium depleted – grain-fed animals are not.
Old food is higher in deuterium than young food because it, like us, lose their ability to deplete deuterium with age – young food is healthier to eat.
The water you drink – rivers, lakes, streams – is high in deuterium – people drink water according to what they eat.

คนที่ไม่โดนแดดถึงเป็นโรคซึมเศร้า แล้วยิ่งบวกกับการใช้ชีวิตอยู่กับ electronics ทั้งหลาย ทำให้ร่างกายไม่สร้าง dopamine
เมื่อไม่มีความสุขก็เริ่มคิดมาก คิดมากก็ทุกข์ ร่างกายก็สร้าง free radicals แล้วก็ป่วย

Where does love manifest? What if I told you it is also from the light of the sun and not much else. Would you believe it? Most people think love comes from the heart or soul. The heart simply pumps blood, so love can't be created there. But RBC's in the blood collect light that is 250-600 nm from sunlight. That is the light that builds any AMINE well. What amine is love based upon? Anyone? Where is the center for what appears to be a person's soul? The retina. What do you really know about the retina??? Moreover, what is created there by solar light?????? That's right--dopamine. What does dopamine do? It allows you to entangle to trends. It allows you to entangle to knowledge to build wisdom and it allows you to entangle to people. UV light has powers far beyond what most of you could ever hope to imagine. It is the thing that binds humans. It sickens me to see professionals deride the sun.........it is what binds us and makes us human. The sun builds bond because it creates feelings of love and euphoria. It does this because of POMC, beta endorphin, and the endocabbinoids. We have no idea that nature has addicted us to nature. We are designed to be addicts for the sun. How do we get the retina's in our brains to create more when we block sunlight from our life???? Drugs, massage, and/or s*x. Boil it down and life is all about how we create dopamine. Nature wants us in the sun to create it. When you bury the sun you'll look for a replacement but nothing ever measures up to the solar chemical potion of life. 'SUN'plements, not supplements.............builds your attitude. Attitude is the little thing makes a big difference because the "small stimulus" of UV light makes massive amounts of dopamine in your retina that creates your attitude in life.

Nature had the foresight to make decisions in hindsight using sunlight. This should remind others of an animal that needs to start changing its coat color before becoming vulnerable to the first snow .......the hindsight of changing sunlight prompting decisions in the now. The direction of thinking is far more important than the progress you are making now. People who don't think well do not realize this. Poor thinking is a function of low dopamine. If you are headed in the wrong direction what good is your speed of arrival? We are the CEO of our life and we must act like it to set the course to the destination we want. The lack of direction, not lack of time, is mankind's modern problem. What is called progress by culture today is now harmful in ways we have yet to perceive. That is why frequency of light matters to a "mitochondriac." Become one.
