✨ Medical Laser Hair Removal ✨
More effective than conventional IPL hair removal

At Zukoi Clinic, we use a long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm + 1320 nm) for medical hair removal.

Because of its longer wavelength, the laser can reach deeper into the skin, making it particularly effective for thick, coarse, and deeply rooted hair, such as facial hair, the beard area, and VIO/bikini areas.

Since Nd:YAG has a lower absorption rate in epidermal melanin, it can also be used on tanned or darker skin tones, as well as areas with pigmentation.

Another advantage of Nd:YAG laser hair removal is its low risk of paradoxical hair growth (paradoxical hypertrichosis) compared with other laser types.

⚠️ Please note:
Even with highly effective medical laser hair removal, it is not possible to eliminate all unwanted hair in a single session.

Only approximately 15–20% of the hair can typically be targeted during each treatment, as the laser is most effective on hairs that are in the active growth phase at the time of treatment.

波長が長い分、深層にまで到達しやすいことから、
毛根が深い髭やVIOなどの太く濃い毛に効果が高い性質があります。
表皮のメラニンへの吸収率が低いため、日焼けや色黒肌、
色素沈着がある部位にも照射が可能です。
更に硬毛化のリスクがもっとも少ないことが知られています。
注意点ですが、どんなに効果の高い医療脱毛でも1回の施術で全てのムダ毛をゼロにするのは不可能です。
1度の施術で照射できるムダ毛は多くても全体の15〜20%程（照射時に成長期にある毛）です。
