Our founder is passionate about food, nutrition and keen on allergens due to many food allergy including top 8 allergens , gluten, yeast and refined sugar she has faced since year 2010. Experiencing and sharing the same frustrations and concerns that a lot of people have, she created worry free food family and established Non-Allergic Nutrition (N.A.N.), a company committed to crafting delicious wholesome bakeries that everyone can trust. We know food is one of life's great pleasures, but you can't enjoy anything until you're 100% confident it's safe. This is the reason we take such care with the food we create.
