Rescuing fragile and very damaged hair.

My client here turned up with tons of unwanted tones all in the wrong places and her hair condition was very damaged. I chose to go with the least amount of chemical possible to cater to her hair wishes.

It is a work in progress but we are on a good start!

The work today: Refreshing a Half-head highlights with low chemical bleach topped with chocolate brown toner.

My client has been trying to grow out her mistake copper dye and we have been casually blending it by doing half head highlights for a good year now.

Sometimes, there is no rush to get rid of something dramatically and cause the hair further stress. The highlights are toned with a soft caramel to merge into the system.

You can see that the bottom hair looks different due to the mistaken dye but it no longer invades the whole look, we quite like it as a matter of fact!

This rich Copper-Blonde is achieved by extremely low chemical dye. Lower chemical is better for your scalp and saves the hair from becoming too porous, allowing it better chances to hold the pigments.

Sometimes a pigmented shampoo for home use is also recommended to keep the colour shiny and bright.
