E. Massage yourself.
Massage the Hui-Yin point (the perineum). Massage the mons and the coccyx. This massaging after each exercise is very important. It will help you clear the remaining energy so that the body can absorb it easily.
F. Channel the energy in the Microcosmic Orbit.
Gently tap the lower abdomen with your palm to remove the excess energy from the ovaries, va**na and cl****is. Use your mind and see bright, glittering Chi in the ovaries and uterus. Sit down quietly and channel the excess energy down to the perineum and hold it for a moment. Slightly squeeze a**s, perineum, and sexual organs so the Chi does not leak out. Then, gently circulate this beautiful Chi in the Microcosmic Orbit, so that all your organs will benefit. Be sure to circulate at least 6 or 8 times and know that each time the Chi makes a full orbit, it becomes cleaner, lighter and easier to use.
G. Collect the Chi in the Tan Tien and rest.
Once you have completed circulating your energy in the MicroCosmic Orbit, rest it in your Tan Tien. This is located just below the navel and inside the body about one inch. Your Tan Tien is a safe place to store your energy. Smile gently to this Chi and image a pearl growing in your abdomen.
Now, recline or lie down, and rest. Calm your mind and allow the “practice” to effect your entire body. The Chi will flow where it is needed and will rejuvenate, detoxify, and support you throughout the day!

Using the Egg Part-D
D. Vaginal Weight Lifting
The only difference between the Egg Exercise and Vaginal Weight Lifting procedure is the addition of a weight to the specially drilled egg. Or, you may easily hold the string, which hangs from the egg, and pull down while simultaneously drawing up with the va**nal muscles.
Usually an egg is chosen of approximately a one-inch diameter with holes drilled in it through which a string can be threaded for attachment to a weight. Use a sturdy string that can sustain at least ten to twenty pounds of weight, or use three strands of string. Begin with a one-half pound weight. You can buy a half-pound plate that has a hole through which the string can be tied, or use a small cotton or plastic bag into which a weight can be placed and the bag easily attached to the egg’s string and hung.
Suspending weights from the egg is a most effective way to increase the strength of the pelvic and urogenital diaphragms and the va**nal muscles. This is also a tremendous exercise for the cervix, the ovaries, and the organs and glands. With the increase in weight, the va**na alone does not have enough strength to lift the weight, making it necessary for all the internal organs and glands to join in contributing to the strength. The heavier the weight the more counter pressure must be exerted by the va**na, the cervix, the ovaries, the diaphragm, the organs and glands. This extended effort will result in increased Chi pressure and hormone production. Make sure you can handle the weight well before adding more to it.
The exact sequence of steps is then followed as described in the Egg Exercise above. This time, however, do not move the egg up and down. Hold it by tightening and squeezing the external and middle sections of the va**nal canal around the egg and pulling the egg up. Do not release it. This exercise is to be performed one time only, two to three times per week, with the weight gradually increasing in one-half pound increments, and not exceeding ten pounds.
Using the Egg Part-C
C. Summary of Egg Exercises Step-By-Step
1. Breast massage
Massage your breasts until you feel gentle arousal energy and lubrication in the va**na. Relax and feel the connection between the breasts and the uterus.
2. Insert the Egg
When you feel you are ready, insert the egg into the va**na, large end first.
3. Horse Stance Alignment
Align your body in the basic Horse Stance described earlier.
4. Contract the First Section
Isolate and contract the muscle groups responsible for closing the external va**nal or***ce tightly. This will help to keep the egg in the va**nal canal.
5. Contract the Second Section
Inhale and contract the va**nal canal muscles immediately in front of the cervix so that you are now contracting two sections at the same time. Keep both points closed. There is no need to use hard muscle contractions.
6. Squeeze the Third Section
Slightly squeeze the egg from the middle of the va**nal canal until you feel that you have a good grip on it. Inhale and squeeze again, gradually increasing the squeeze, and then inhale more and squeeze harder (Fig. 7.5) Once you feel you have a good grip on the egg, slowly move it up and down. Start with a slow motion, gradually increasing to a fast motion. When you are out of breath, exhale and rest. The resting period is very important. It is at this time that you will feel Chi build up in this area. Try to master each movement before continuing to the next step.
7. Collect the sexual energy, spiral, and smile
When you finish, stand for a moment and feel the energy in ovaries and uterus. Use your mind to spiral the energy in these places. Smile.
8. Image the beautiful sexual energy moving in the MicroCosmic Orbit
See the Chi in ovaries and uterus like clean sparkling glitter. Use your mind to gently move this Chi from the organs to the perineum. Slightly squeeze a**s perineum, and sexual organs so this wonderful Chi does not escape.
Next, move the Chi into the MicroCosmic Orbit and circulate at least 8 to 10 times.
9. Collect the Chi in the Tan Tien and rest.
Once you have completed circulating your energy in the MicroCosmic Orbit, rest it in your Tan Tien. This is located just below the navel and inside the body about one inch. Your Tan Tien is a safe place to store your energy. Smile gently to this Chi and image a pearl growing in your abdomen.

Using the Egg Part-B
B. Three Sections of the Vaginal Canal
To gain further control through the Egg Exercise, we divide the va**nal canal into three sections.
(1) The external va**nal or***ce and front of the va**nal canal
The first section includes the muscles of the external va**nal or***ce and the front part of the va**nal canal. When the egg is inserted, you will contract the uterus, closing the or***ce tightly so that the egg cannot drop out.
(2) The anterior of the cervix
The second section to be contracted consists of the muscles of the va**nal canal immediately in front of the cervix.
(3) The middle of the va**nal canal.
The third section encompasses the muscles of the middle of the va**nal canal. These are the muscles that will move the egg up and down, left and right, and tilt it in different directions. (Fig. 7.3) You will practice moving and using these muscles until you master their movement as easily as using your hand. As you play with the direction you will learn to differentiate each movement of these muscles. If you have a male partner he will soon notice the results of this practice. Practice for a few minutes at a time, as often as you like. Insert the egg before practicing Tai Chi, Iron Shirt, or any of the other physical practices. Gradually increase the length of time you retain it. Just remember that it is there, since laughing, sneezing, or coughing can sometimes cause the egg to blast out of the va**na quite unexpectedly.

Using the Egg Part-A
First, be sure to use a natural dental floss or other thin but strong thread to inset through the holes of your egg and create a firm string which hangs down at least 12 inches. This string will be used to remove the egg if it goes very high in the va**nal canal and you do not have the strength to push it out. If you thread the two ends in to one hole, you may pull the ends through the loop and avoid tying a knot.
A. Beginning the Exercise
The first time you use the egg, you will probably want to, and should, exercise all precaution until you become accustomed to it. Each time before practicing the egg exercise, you must warm yourself by massaging the breasts, making sure the va**na is expanded and some lubricating fluid is being emitted. This is very important and is taught in the Breast Massage area of this website.
Breast massage will help bring gentle arousal energy and thus produce va**nal lubricant so the egg may easily slip inside the va**na. If you do not produce lubricant, you may use a lubricating jelly: any jelly or cream that is not petroleum based, any natural lubricating oil, such as a raw cooking oil, that you know is safe, or any lubricant that you have used that you do not have a chemical reaction to.
Always insert the wider end of the egg first. Once inserted, assume the standard Horse Stance posture (feet shoulders’ width apart and firmly grounded: ankles and knees bent: groin folded: spine and neck in alignment). Elevate your arms in front of you to a 45-degree angle with your palms facing upward. Assume a clenched fist position. It is from this basic rooting stance that each of the Egg Exercises is performed.

(b) Side View
The cervix represents the back limit of the va**na. Squeezing the muscles the way you would to have a bowel movement will expel the egg. In the beginning make sure not to practice on a cement floor so that if the egg drops out, it will not break. You can also place a towel under your feet.
