The dishes they tried were Kaeng Hang Lay, Northern Thai Som Tam, and Hornung.

昨天，我們迎來了三位可愛的客人。他們參加了一場泰北烹飪工作坊。

昨日は、とてもチャーミングなお客様をお迎えして、北タイ料理のワークショップを行いました。
調理体験していただいたのは、ゲーンハンレー、少し古いスタイルの北タイ風ソムタム（どうやら、もうほとんど作る人はいないそう）、ホーヌンフアプリー（ひき肉、バナナの花、春雨、コブミカンの葉などのスパイスを練って、バナナの葉で包んで蒸したもの）。
生のハーブの香りの強さや複雑さにびっくりしながら、先生やアシスタント役のスタッフたちも楽しむひとときとなりました。
eavamのアトリエツアーには、石鹸づくりなどナチュラルクラフトスキンケア体験と北タイ料理づくり体験と２つのコースがあります。
