Most people have been training for years.

And most people have nothing to show for it.

Not because they're lazy.
Not because their genetics are bad.

Because nobody taught them the actual science of building muscle.

Here's what the research actually says — and what most coaches won't tell you:

Every rep range builds muscle.
6 reps. 15 reps. 25 reps.
All of it works — IF you take it close to failure.

The rep range was never the variable.
Proximity to failure is.

That set you stopped at a comfortable 10?
You had 5 more in the tank.
That's not a workout. That's a warm-up.

And volume — 10 to 20 sets per muscle group per week — is the actual dose your body needs to adapt.

Not one chest day every 10 days.
Not the same 3x10 you've been doing since 2019.

Progressive overload is not a tip.
It's a law.

If the same workout that crushed you 6 months ago feels easy today — that's not fitness.
