Join us for a 7 KM Trail Run from DIP to Freedom Beach 🌴 Explore the road and forest trails before heading back to Recover & Relax at DIP. 🤍

🕒 TIMELINE
06:00 AM — Registration
06:05 AM — Warm Up
06:15 AM — Start from DIP on the Roof
09:30 AM — Finish
09:35 AM – 11:00 AM — Recover & Relax with your DIP Day Pass, food & drinks

🗺️ ROUTE DETAILS
• The first 2 KM will be on the road, followed by approximately 3 KM of forest trail before reaching Freedom Beach.
• The return route includes some steep sections.
• A vehicle will be waiting at Avista Hotel for anyone who feels tired or is unable to continue. You can take the vehicle back to DIP.

🎒 RECOMMENDED GEAR
• Trail running shoes / Hiking shoes
• Hiking backpack / Hydration pack
• Water + electrolytes — at least 1.5 L
• Snacks / Energy gels / Electrolyte tablets
• Insect repellent / Inhaler / Anti-cramp spray
• Basic first-aid kit
• Personal medication (if needed)
• Hat / Sunglasses 🧢🕶
