The patient came to me with a request for a lower blepharoplasty.

Despite her young age, she was concerned that her under-eye bags were creating a sad, constantly tired look and making her face appear fatigued.

From the very beginning, she emphasized that she did not want a dramatic change — only a natural, subtle improvement.

Procedures performed:
• Transconjunctival Lower Blepharoplasty
• Fat Transfer (Lipofilling) to the under-eye area

Based on the patient’s request and the details we discussed together, we selected this method. This approach is typically chosen when the main concern is under-eye fat bags with good skin quality and minimal excess skin. It allows correction through an internal incision without external lower-lid scar and helps refine the under-eye contour with gentle volume restoration.

With this technique, we achieved a fresher, more rested look and a smoother transition between the lower eyelid and cheek — exactly the result the patient was asking for.
