Champions of Export Honored at the 8th Award Ceremony
Cement, Glass, Ceramics and Soil Products Exporters’ Association successfully held the 8th Champions of Export Award Ceremony, bringing together leading representatives of the industry at the Ministry of Trade in Ankara.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat, Minister of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, as well as Deputy Minister of Trade and a wide range of high-level public sector representatives, reflecting the strong support of public authorities for the exporting industries. The event also attracted significant participation from key stakeholders and member companies across the sector.
In total, 28 awards were presented to 17 companies operating in the Turkish glass industry, in recognition of their outstanding export performance and valuable contributions to Türkiye’s global competitiveness. The ceremony once again highlighted the strength, resilience, and international success of the Turkish glass industry.
In her remarks, Vice Chairman Tansu Kumru emphasized the critical role of exporters in driving sustainable growth and expressed her appreciation to all companies for their dedication, innovation, and continued efforts in expanding into global markets.
Awards were granted across multiple categories within the glass sector, including flat glass, glassware, glass packaging, and processed glass, recognizing top-performing companies for their achievements throughout the year.

TurkishGlass participated in Façades+ New York, a prominent international platform in the field of façade design.

During the event, TurkishGlass engaged with industry professionals at its event space together with its member companies and Vice Chairman Tansu Kumru. Advanced, high-performance and sustainable solutions of the Turkish glass industry were introduced to international stakeholders.

The TurkishGlass event space was also visited by Mükerrem Aksoy, Deputy Director General of Exports at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye and Trade Attachés Filiz Köseyener, Muhammet Alper Atilla, Osman Nuri Gökbulut from the Turkish Consulate General in New York.

Through this participation in New York, one of the key global hubs for architecture and the building sector, TurkishGlass enhanced its international visibility and established valuable contacts for potential collaborations.
