Alt yüz dediğimiz bulldoglar ve çene hattını gerginleştirmekle ilgili teknik geliştirmemiz oldu. Bunu sizlerle paylaşacağım. ❄️❄️❄️. I apply 8 different models of face lift surgery according to the areas of the face to be lifted. In all of these surgical models, I use vertical supported deep plane technique. At the end of my 4 years of experience, I understood from the feedbacks of my patients that it is expected to lift the eyebrows much more than we obtained by temporal lifting. 2. My patients, who did not want the visible incision scar in front of ear, said that it would be better if the jaw line was lifted much more. So I add lateral forehead lift to the temporal lift procedure in order to lift the eyebrows more to my beautiful patient who came from France. We have developed a technique for lifting and defining lower face and bulldogs, which we call the lower face and jaw line. I will share the results with you.

Hatırlıyorum güzel hastam düğün öncesi nişanlısı ile birlikte gelmiş ve Düğün fotoğraflarında çökük gözlü çıkmak istemediğini ifade etmişti. Aradan geçen 1 sene sonrası görüntünün gayet iyi olduğunu söyledim ama gözlerim çukur olacağına şiş dursun daha iyi dedi. 2. Uygulamayı yaptık. Not: Birinci uygulamayı yaptıran hastalarım 1 ay boyunca bu şişlik inecek değil mi böyle kalmayacak diye endişeyle soruyorlar. 2. Uygulama sırasında ise hepsi fazla fazla doldurun Doktor bey koyabildiğiniz kadar koyun diyorlar. İşte bu da hasta tecrübesi. 😄❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️ I remember beautiful patient of mine came to my clinique with her engaged before the wedding and said that she did not want to come out with sunken eyes in her wedding photos. After spending 1 year, I said that the eyes seem good, but she said it would be better if her eyes look swollen instead sunken. We performed second application. PS : My patients who had the first application allways ask anxiously whether this swelling will go down or not in the first month. 20 yıl önce yapılmış bir burun estetiği. Uzun bir uğraş, sabır sonrası kulaktan aldığımız kıkırdakla burna verdiğimiz son şekli görüyorsunuz. Delikleri tam eşitleyemedik ve sol kanatta az da olsa bir çökme devam ediyor. ❄️❄️❄️ A rhinoplasty done 20 years ago. After a long effort and patience, you see the last shape we gave to the nose with the cartilage we took from the ear. We could not manage to make the nasal entrance exactly equal and a slight collapse continues on the left wing.

Ameliyattan 2,5 ay sonraki önce sonra sonucunu görüyorsunuz. İnanıyorum ki çok iyi bir değişim elde edeceğiz. Yağ dolgunun özellikle çökük göz sorunlarının tedavisindeki başarısı net olarak görüyorsunuz. üst dudağı lip lift ameliyatı uygulayarak daha hacimli gösterdik bu durumda alt dudakla arasında hacim oranı doğal olsun diye alt dudağa da yağ dolgu koyduk. Şu an alt dudak üst dudaktan daha büyük duruyor ama 2,5 ayda ameliyatın şişliği büyük ölçüde inmiş olacak ancak yağ dolgu hala hacim kaybetmeye devam edecek. Gözdüğünüz gibi 2,5 sonrasında hala sonuçtan bahsetmek mümkün değil. 6. Ay sonunda hastamdan son durum için tekrar foto sözü aldım. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederim. ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️. You can see the before and after pics 2.5 months after the operation. I believe we will achieve very good change. You can clearly see the success of fat transfer especially in the treatment of sunken eye problems. We made bigger the upper lip by performing lip lift surgery, but we also put fat on the lower lip for getting harmonic ratio between the lips. Currently, the lower lip looks larger than the upper, but in 2.5 months, the swelling of the surgery will be greatly reduced, but the fat on the lower lip will still continue to lose volume. As you can see, it is still not possible to talk about the result after 2.5 later . At the end of the 6th month, I got a photo promise again for the final situation from my patient.
