💫 Thick skin nose 6 months after rhinoplasty

Thick skin is one of the factors that makes it most challenging to achieve the desired result in rhinoplasty surgeries. For a good nasal tip definition, it is necessary to combine maneuvers that both strengthen the weak cartilage and reduce the thickness of the skin in the appropriate amount. Additionally, as we did with this patient, it is possible to achieve a better nasal tip proportion by also intervening in the nasal wings.
