Innovation in rhinoplasty should not only create beautiful results it should also be supported by scientific evidence.
CloPi (Closed Piezo Rhinoplasty) is a technique we developed to perform all nasal osteotomies through a closed approach using piezoelectric devices. The goal is more precise bone reshaping, less soft tissue trauma, and natural-looking outcomes.
This approach was scientifically evaluated in our publication, “Use of Piezoelectric Devices in Closed Structural Rhinoplasty (CloPi)”, co-authored with Dr. Can Ekinci and published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal Open Forum.

CloPi (Closed Piezo Rhinoplasty), yalnızca bir cerrahi teknik değil; bilimsel çalışmalarla desteklenmiş bir yaklaşımın sonucudur.
Bu vakada tüm osteotomiler kapalı teknik ile piezoelektrik cihazlar kullanılarak gerçekleştirildi. Amaç; daha kontrollü kemik şekillendirmesi, daha az doku travması ve yüz ile uyumlu doğal bir sonuç elde etmekti.
Bu yaklaşımı, meslektaşım Dr. Can Ekinci ile birlikte hazırladığımız ve Aesthetic Surgery Journal Open Forum’da yayımlanan “Use of Piezoelectric Devices in Closed Structural Rhinoplasty (CloPi)” başlıklı çalışmamızda bilimsel olarak değerlendirdik.
Bilimsel temeli olan teknikler, estetik sonuçların yanında güvenilir ve öngörülebilir sonuçlar elde etmenin de anahtarıdır.

One of the main reasons is that many surgeons who work on the face do not perform both procedures together.
