Wat is het verschil tussen DHI en FUE?
Het belangrijkste verschil tussen DHI en FUE zit in de manier waarop de grafts worden geplaatst in het kalende gebied. Tijdens een FUE haartransplantatie moeten de kanalen worden geopend voordat de haarfollikel geïmplanteerd kan worden, waarna de chirurg de graft handmatig kan plaatsen.
Bij DHI wordt gebruik gemaakt van een speciale tool: de Choi Implanter Pen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de implantatie direct na het verwijderen van de graft kan plaatsvinden. Het is hierbij niet nodig om eerst een kanaal te openen voor de graft.
