Golden Mellow Latte
Recipe:
1 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of Golden Mellow
Warm almond milk (stove top of microwave). Do not bring to boil.
Pour into cup and add 1 teaspoon of Golden Mellow.
Top with cinnamon
Sweetener can be added as desired since the ginger in the Golden Mellow can make the taste spicy!

1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt(can be sweetened or unsweetened depending on your nutritional needs. We always recommend Greek as it contains more protein making it perfect as a meal on the go)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 tbsp chopped date/ raisins or any dried fruit of your choice
1 tsp of Forever Beautiful
Assemble in bowl and don’t forget to add some smiles!
