Ecoimpact is proud to announce the collection of 50.20 metric tonnes of lead-acid batteries from January to June, 2026, which have been responsibly sent for recycling to be transformed into new battery products.

Proper recycling of lead-acid batteries is critical to protecting soil, water, wildlife and human health. When disposed of incorrectly, these batteries can release toxic substances that pose serious risks to ecosystems and communities.

Through responsible collection and recycling, we are helping to keep harmful materials out of the environment, conserve natural resources and support a more sustainable circular economy. Help us, help the environment and recycle yours today.

Waste vegetable oil isn't the end of the story, it's where transformation begins!

Every litre collected by Ecoimpact enters a value chain where it is refined into a reusable resource, reducing waste, conserving natural resources and advancing a more sustainable future.

By closing the loop on waste, Ecoimpact is helping build a circular economy that strengthens communities, protects our ecosystems and redefines how we value resources.

Your impact matters, recycle!

HADCO’s Wellness and Recognition Committee officially launched its Wellness Initiative today, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere at HADCO’s Head Office. Staff had the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including eye screenings, blood pressure testing and the distribution of seedlings, all designed to promote healthier lifestyles.

When we think about health and wellness, it is important to look beyond our physical well-being. The health of our environment is equally important. Wellness is a continuous cycle, when our environment thrives, so do we.

Ecoimpact was pleased to be part of this initiative, sharing valuable insights on environmental responsibility and encouraging staff to embrace recycling as part of their daily lives. After all, sustainable habits begin at home and small actions can lead to meaningful change for both people and the planet.

Ecoimpact extends its appreciation to Lakshmi Girls’ Hindu College for their contribution to World Environment Day. As part of a recent Ecoimpact initiative encouraging individuals and organisations to recycle, the school participated by donating old books and paper materials for recycling.

We are encouraged to see young people taking an active role in protecting the environment. Their willingness to make small, meaningful changes reflects a commitment to a more sustainable future. We hope their example inspires others to do the same.

You might not think twice about cardboard, but it’s just as valuable as any other recyclable product.

Recycling cardboard helps cut down waste, save natural resources such as trees, preserve wildlife and give old boxes a brand‑new life.
