Lisi Beauty & Therapy Solutions. Founder - Lesia M. Motilal, BBA, Dip.
MT, MFHT, a Professional Holistic & Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Full Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). Certified Professional Massage Therapist
At Lisi Beauty & Therapy Solutions, our massage therapy services are grounded in evidence-based techniques designed to address pain, improve mobility, and support recovery. We take a holistic view of the body, recognizing that physical tension, stress, and imbalance can affect overall well-being. Each session is thoughtfully customized to target the root cause of discomfort and guide the body toward long-term relief. Whether you are managing chronic pain, preparing for athletic performance, recovering after training, or simply seeking corrective and restorative care, we tailor every treatment to meet your specific goals. By integrating therapeutic modalities with mindful technique, we help reduce stress, release muscular tension, increase range of motion, and enhance functional movement. Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, including athletes, busy professionals, prenatal and postpartum individuals, and anyone pursuing general wellness or spa-focused self-care. We believe that beauty and healing are not separate pursuits; they are deeply connected in how we feel, move, and live each day. From pain management and stress reduction to skincare and holistic self-care rituals, Lisi Beauty & Therapy Solutions provides an environment where both the body and mind can experience renewal. Your well-being is always our focus—and we are dedicated to helping you thrive through every stage of your wellness journey.
