Ena came to the nutrition club for the first time today. Got her Free Body Composition Scan and health assessment. She drank cookies and cream shake today and loved it... She said that it doesn't even taste healthy 😂

Normally I'm a cardio kinda girl but last 2 weeks I finally decided to add slight weights... Found out today that I won most muscle % gained in a weight loss challenge I was in and now I decided to upgrade my slight weights to heavy lolll😂
