We have all heard of the wonders of coconut oil and its uses,
I use coconut oil for almost anything, here are a few of my favorite uses.

1. Healthy Fat for your brain
2. Moisturizers and smooths skin
3. Cuticle care, makes nails look healthy
4. Deep conditioner for hair
5. Makeup remover
6. Reduces Wrinkles
7. Soothes sunburn
8. Body massage oil, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil
9. Natural deodorant
10. Diaper rash

Here's my DIY Lip Scrub, using a Lip Scrub is so important it helps remove dead skin and especially if you wear lipstick which can discolor your lips.

Here's one that helps with both:

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

The Brown sugar exfoliates dead skin, honey and coconut oil moisturize the lips, the lemon juice lightens the lips and the cinnamon gives it a nice plump look. Adding the vanilla extract just makes it yummy and luxurious. Enjoy darlings, let me know how it works!

1 cup warm water
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Honey

Drinking this blend daily helps you lose weight, curb sugar cravings, detox the body and strengthens your immunity.

Here's the recipe for my Rosewater Toner that has changed my skin. I stopped buying and started making my own Facial Toner filled with natural ingredients that do wonders for your skin.
Toners are great because they remove excess dirt and makeup left from your day; after you wash your face.
Especially a great practice for acne-prone skin, the lavender and tea tree oils are great for acne because they gently clear out pores and dry out white and blackheads.
Rosewater and Witch Hazel tighten and tone the skin.

1 cup Rosewater
6 tbsp Witch Hazel
6 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
6 drops Lavender Essential Oi
3 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil

You might say what Apple Cider Vinegar how is that going to helps my skin! Apple cider vinegar contains alpha hydroxy acids that will remove dead skin and reveal vibrant new skin.

What do all successful people have in common with each other, they have a routine; a daily routine that primes their mind for the day. They all have consistent daily actions that change their state to have control over their day and ultimately their life.

So what small changes can you do to get massive results:

Hope everyone had a safe and wonderful Diwali. I've been MIA for a while and it's because I have been working on some amazing content for everyone. I've been reading books, attending webinars and gathering great information that has CHANGED MY LIFE! I wanted to share some of that with you guys.

Sometimes we live our lives according to the rules imposed on us by others; whether it is society, family or our partners we need to ask our self, am I living by my rules or the rules of others.

Don't forget to put your crystals out in the full moon energy to clear and charge them. Did you know you can also charge water for blessings under the full moon. Just pour water into a bowl, sprinkle some sea salt, place a clear quartz crystal in and let it soak up the moonlight outdoors. Transfer the water into a bottle of choice and use for blessing.
