我看很多人為了怕毛躁，拼命往捲髮上抹慕斯。我一定要老實告訴你：大部分的慕斯都有酒精，會讓你的頭髮乾到爆！這就是為什麼你的頭髮不到一個禮拜就打結纏在一起... 特別是在台灣這種潮濕的天氣。

如果你想讓 Boho 捲髮美久一點，請丟掉那罐泡沫！你只需要 Leave-in（免沖洗護髮） 跟好的 護髮油。如果你想要捲度更明顯、不亂動？加一點 Gel（髮膠） 來固定就夠了。

我們應該每天早上開心地打扮，而不是在那邊跟打結的頭髮吵架。

I see so many of you drenching your loose curls in mousse trying to stop the frizz. I hate to be the one to break it to you, but most mousses contain alcohol that dries out those beautiful strands. This makes them mat and tangle within a week…especially in this Taiwan humidity.

If you want your Boho curls to last longer, skip the foam. All you need to use is a Leave-in Conditioner and/or a quality Hair Oil. And if you want that extra definition that doesn’t budge? Add a bit of Gel to create a protective cast.

Let’s start spending our mornings actually enjoying the look instead of fighting it.
