Sushi is a Japanese dish of rice mixed with vinegar (shari) combined with other ingredients (neta).

The cooked rice is cooked in a wooden bowl called tarai and mixed with vinegar. The rice is just mixed with sushi artist using hand fan to blow out the heat, helping the vinegar to keep the flavor.

The seafood used to make sushi is called Neta.

Can use brown rice to make sushi for dieters. I love this dish
