What is hidden acne?
Hidden acne is a type of acne that forms and develops below the surface of the skin. Although you can't see it, you can feel the lumpy, hard lump when touching the pimple.
This type of acne occurs from a combination of sebum (oil), bacteria and dirt trapped in the pores.
Treat hidden acne with natural ingredients
1. Egg whites
- Separate the egg whites into a clean bowl and add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to it, whisk it up.
Cleanse your face and then apply this mixture on acne skin.
- Massage gently and then let the skin dry naturally, then rinse with warm water.
Use about 1-3 times/week.
2. Honey
- Take about 2 tablespoons of pure honey mixed with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt.
