1. Sun protection - always wear sunscreen SPF 30+ or higher even on cloudy days. Reapply every after 4hrs (yes you can 😉)
2. Look for the right ingredients that address hyperpigmentation and lighten dark spots such as Vitamin C, Niacinamide, kojic acid and azelaic acid.
3. Exfoliate regularly - gentle exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells and reveal brighter skin underneath. please don’t overdo it, 1 - 2 times a week is enough eg. Sunday and Thursday
