Diet cheesecake

Ingredients:
Coarse flour - 1 cup
Fat-free cottage cheese - 300 g
Vanillin - 2 g
Eggs - 2 pieces
Egg whites - 6 pcs
Stevia to taste
Cooking method:
Sift flour, add eggs to it and knead the dough. Put the finished dough on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
Beat the cottage cheese in a blender, mixing with stevia and vanilla. Put the mass on the baked crust and bake at the same temperature for 10 minutes.

Baked vegetable soup
Ingredients:
ricotta cheese - 250 g,
vegetable broth - 300-400 ml,
red bell pepper - 4 pcs.,
tomatoes - 4 pcs.,
garlic - 1 clove,
olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.,
green onion,
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
Sprinkle peppers and tomatoes with olive oil, wrap each vegetable in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for an hour. Remove vegetables and cool without removing foil. Remove the skins and seeds from the peppers. Then immerse the peppers and tomatoes in boiling broth or water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a blender, add the garlic clove, salt, pepper and puree. Break the ricotta into small pieces with a fork. Pour the prepared soup into bowls, add pieces of cheese, garnish with onion feathers and drizzle with olive oil.

Muffins

Ingredients:
Egg whites - 4 pcs
Soft fat-free cottage cheese - 4 tablespoons
Wheat bran - 4 tablespoons
Oat bran - 8 tbsp l.
Sugar substitute - to taste
Lemon zest, cinnamon - to taste
Cooking method:
The recipe is extremely simple: beat the whites until foam forms (not meringue), add all the ingredients to them and continue to beat. Put the mixture in silicone muffin tins and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Морковный торт с изюмом и кокосом за 20 минут

Ингредиенты:
80 г моркови
70 г изюма
1 ст.л кокосовой стружки
2 ст.л любой муки
подсластитель по вкусу
2 яйца
1/2 ч.л разрыхлителя

Крем:
125 г мягкого творога
подсластитель

Приготовление:
Морковь натереть на мелкой тёрке, добавить остальные ингредиенты, все перемешать
Вылить на сковороду и готовить 5 минут
Остудить и нарезать на 4 части как пиццу
Крем👇🏻
Мягкий творог смешать с подсластителем
Собираем торт👇🏻
Корж-крем-корж и тд
Украшаем по желанию

Cucumber soup

Ingredients:
• mozzarella - 125 g,
• cucumbers - 600 g,
• water - 200 ml,
• white bread - 2 slices,
• sun-dried tomatoes - 50 g,
• wine white vinegar - 4-5 tbsp. l.,
• olive oil - 4-5 tbsp. l., th
• snack - 1 clove,
• capers - 1 tbsp. l.,
• basil - 4 sprigs,
• salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
Coarsely chop the cucumbers (if the skin is rough, cut off). Tear the bread with your hands and mix with a cucumber, coarsely chopped garlic and half a basil. Drizzle everything with olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper and let stand for 5-7 minutes. Then pour in water, add half of the capers, chop with a blender until smooth and refrigerate. Cut the mozzarella balls in half, cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces, finely chop the remaining capers and basil. Stir all ingredients. Pour the chilled soup into bowls, in the center of each add 2-3 tablespoons of cheese, tomato and basil salsa.

Brownie
Ingredients:
Cocoa - 0.5 tsp
Prunes - 200 g
Walnuts - 5 pcs
Orange zest - 1 tsp
Honey (or sweetener) - 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Pour the prunes with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Then grind it in a blender, and mix the resulting mass with chopped nuts, cocoa, orange peel and honey. We shift the mixture into a square shape and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
