I was wondering if anyone is interested in belly dancing classes at all ?
I am a yoga and belly dance teacher from Ukraine. I have been teaching yoga in Maldon for a year( in Ukraine for many years). I have thought about starting belly dancing classes in Maldon/Heybrige and would like to know whether there's an interest ?
Will be appreciated for all feedback.

I'm doing extra yoga classes 14th and 28th January, Sundays morning at 10am at Mundon well-being centre.
Please book your class as space is limited.

Raise the shoulders as high as possible and release. Repeat several times.
Rotate the shoulders making small circular motions several times forward and then back.
With the arms outstretched and behind the chest make small circular motions forward and back. 'Steffanwölf'

Interlock fingers & roll hands in a circular motion right & left;
Holding left thumb with right thumb & palm of hand horizontal gently press left thumb towards wrist. Reverse & repeat.
With left arm outstretched pull back fingers of left hand with right. Reverse & repeat.
