Pear in honey glaze with ricotta

Ingredients:
• ricotta cheese - 250 g,
• small hard pears - 5-6 pcs.,
• honey - 4-5 tbsp. l.,
• white port - 5 tbsp. l.,
• almond petals - 2 tbsp. l.,
• pine nuts - 2 tbsp. l.,
• butter - 1 tsp.,
• juice of half a lemon,
• a couple of sprigs of mint for decoration
Recipe:
Peel the pear, fold into a mold, pour over with honey, port and add butter. Pour lemon juice over everything and place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Take out the mold from time to time and pour the syrup over the pear. Sprinkle the pear with almond petals and pine nuts 7-10 minutes before cooking. Serve warm or cold baked pear with chunks of fresh ricotta cheese, garnish with mint.

Ингредиенты:
– 10 куриных ножек
– 100 гр сыра
– 100-150 гр сметаны
– 5 зубчиков чеснока

Baked vegetable soup
Ingredients:
ricotta cheese - 250 g,
vegetable broth - 300-400 ml,
red bell pepper - 4 pcs.,
tomatoes - 4 pcs.,
garlic - 1 clove,
olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.,
green onion,
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
Sprinkle peppers and tomatoes with olive oil, wrap each vegetable in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for an hour. Remove vegetables and cool without removing foil. Remove the skins and seeds from the peppers. Then immerse the peppers and tomatoes in boiling broth or water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a blender, add the garlic clove, salt, pepper and puree. Break the ricotta into small pieces with a fork. Pour the prepared soup into bowls, add pieces of cheese, garnish with onion feathers and drizzle with olive oil.

Сливочное масло10 г

ИНСТРУКЦИЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ 15 МИНУТ РАСПЕЧАТАТЬ

1. Обычные ломтики белого хлеба разделяем на 2 стопки. На первые 3 ломтика кладем кусочек сыра, сверху — ломтик масла сливочного. Оставшимися ломтиками хлеба из второй стопки накрываем сверху получившиеся бутерброды.

2. На раскаленную сковороду наливаем растительного масла, кладем будущие тосты, но особенным способом. Сверху необходимо придавить тосты, положив на них чего-нибудь тяжеленькое (например, тарелку, а на тарелку кастрюльку с супчиком).

3. Через несколько минут переворачиваем тосты и таким же образом придавливаем их.

Diet banana ice cream
Ingredients:
Ripe bananas - 2 pieces
Natural yogurt - 100 g
Sugar substitute - to taste
Ground cinnamon - a pinch
Cooking method:

Cucumber soup

Ingredients:
• mozzarella - 125 g,
• cucumbers - 600 g,
• water - 200 ml,
• white bread - 2 slices,
• sun-dried tomatoes - 50 g,
• wine white vinegar - 4-5 tbsp. l.,
• olive oil - 4-5 tbsp. l., th
• snack - 1 clove,
• capers - 1 tbsp. l.,
• basil - 4 sprigs,
• salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
Coarsely chop the cucumbers (if the skin is rough, cut off). Tear the bread with your hands and mix with a cucumber, coarsely chopped garlic and half a basil. Drizzle everything with olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper and let stand for 5-7 minutes. Then pour in water, add half of the capers, chop with a blender until smooth and refrigerate. Cut the mozzarella balls in half, cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces, finely chop the remaining capers and basil. Stir all ingredients. Pour the chilled soup into bowls, in the center of each add 2-3 tablespoons of cheese, tomato and basil salsa.

Ingredients:
mozzarella - 50 g,
mix salad - 50 g,
cherry tomatoes - 60 g,
corn - 20 g
canned tuna - 100 g,
red onion - 20 g,
olive oil,
salt and pepper to taste.
Recipe:
Stir all the products, put onion sliced ​​into circles on top of the salad, season with olive oil, salt, pepper.
