Chronic fatigue is an eternal companion of modern man. And the point is not only that people now work more than they did a hundred years ago. On the contrary, the inhabitants of megalopolises move little, they are exposed not only to environmental pollution (air, water, etc.), but also to information overload. As a result, recovery from a typical workday is not going as quickly as we would like.
How to cope with this unpleasant condition, when even getting out of bed in the morning becomes very difficult?
Normalize sleep
Full recovery of strength occurs in a person only during quality sleep. It is not enough to lie down at 24:00 and sleep for 7-8 hours. Scientists have proven that physical and mental renewal occurs precisely from 22:00 to 24:00. Then the brain wakes up and begins to solve its "problems", i.e. to see dreams. This is why it is so important to be in bed before the clock strikes midnight.
Normalize the diet
You can, of course, drink liters of coffee. But if resources are wasted, then at some stage coffee will stop invigorating, but it will increase irritability and add problems with sleep. It is much more effective to enrich your diet with vitamins, give up heavy fatty foods and eat more foods with iodine content.
Avoid negativity
If you constantly discuss fatigue, then you can completely "unstuck". It makes no sense to constantly talk about poor health - you need to actively work to eliminate the symptoms of lethargy and weakness. Also, people with chronic fatigue syndrome should not listen to sad music, watch drama films and delve into the problems of colleagues.
Meditate
Many people think that meditation in daily life is useless. In fact, this is the most effective way to get rid of information "pollution" and give your brain a break. The point of meditation is to rid your head of any thoughts and stimuli for at least a few minutes. What else do you need for a complete update?
Introduce physical education
If a person feels "squeezed out" - this does not mean that you need to lie down on the sofa and lie like that all evening. On the contrary, if you do a light stretch before dinner or go for an evening run, the overall tone of the body will increase, and it will better cope with stressful situations.
Learn to delegate responsibilities
Chronic fatigue occurs when a person takes on more responsibilities than he, in principle, can fulfill. If chronic fatigue becomes a constant companion, an urgent need to revise the to-do list and highlight tasks that can be delegated to colleagues, relatives, children, spouses, etc.
Reconsider your attitude to work
Less often people who do what they love experience chronic fatigue: work so motivates and fills them with energy that such “lucky ones” constantly feel a surge of additional strength. If your job only exhausts you and nothing else, you should think about changing your job or field of activity.
