One day without a cigarette

Quitting smoking is easy, it is difficult to remain a non-smoker. Therefore, the very first days of giving up ni****ne cigarette addiction are so important. To make it easier for yourself, break it down into several small tasks. Do not say - "Well, that's it, from now on I don't smoke once and for all!" Category B - medium degree of dependence.
Category C - highly addicted smokers.
