94. Certain animals have anti-freeze proteins that allow them to survive extreme temperatures.
These anti-freeze proteins prevent water in the cells of the animals from crystalising and forming ice. Examples of animals with this superpower include the winter flounder and the eelpout.

95. Honeypot ants swell up to a huge size with food.
Honeypot ants have to be seen to be believed. During wet season, certain ants consume huge amounts of nectar, making their abdomens swell up to the size of a grape. Then, during dry season, they provide the other ants with food by throwing the nectar back up again. Yum!

Готовим очень вкусное блюдо

Остренькие ватрушки
Ингредиенты:
Тесто:
- 200 мл тёплого молока
- 1.5 ч. ложки сухих дрожжей
- 2 ч. ложки сахара
- 1 ч. ложка соли
- 2 ст ложки растительного масла
- 2.5 стакана муки
- яичный желток
Начинка:
- помидор
- солёный огурец
- вареная колбаса
- репчатый лук
- чеснок
- зелень
- соль
- перец
- яичный белок
- немножко майонеза
Приготовление:
1. Замесить тесто,накрыть полотенцем,дать подойти,примерно через 40 минут опустить.
2. Разделить тесто на шарики,из каждого шарики сделать ватрушку .
3. Уложить на смазанный противень,смазать взбитым желтком (в желток добавить немного водички).
4. Выложить начинку,сверху присыпать тёртым сыром .Через 15 минут можно выпекать.
