Lunges
There is another exercise that is no less useful for strengthening the muscles of the thighs and buttocks — lunges.
Do straight or lateral lunges, with or without weights. But whatever technique you choose, make sure that the knee is bent strictly at an angle of 90 degrees. Make sure that you do not take too small, or vice versa, too large steps.
