This project focuses on high-rise architecture with a complete facade redesign aimed at improving both aesthetics and performance.
The building was developed through a structured system approach: from architectural concept and facade logic to technical coordination.

The entire project was designed using BIM methodology, ensuring precision, consistency, and full control at every stage — structure, facade elements, and design solutions.
Next, the BIM model was translated into high-end visualizations, enhanced with AI-based tools, allowing us to achieve realistic imagery, refined details, and a clear vision of the final result.

This approach combines architecture, technology, and innovation — turning complex systems into efficient, visually powerful solutions.
