A few hours at the sauna yesterday🤍

Just relaxing, chatting, and taking a little time for ourselves.

I’m excited to share something I’ve personally experienced and deeply value 🌿

It’s called Symphony of the Cells — a guided essential oil application on the body, with different protocols designed for different needs and states.

I recently attended my second training of this application and took part in a challenge to share this experience with others, and it truly inspired me to open this up in my own way.

When I’m back in Vancouver at the end of June, I’ll be offering a few complimentary sessions for those who are curious to experience essential oils in a more embodied way.

For me, this has been one of the most powerful ways I’ve worked with essential oils — and some of my most meaningful personal experiences have come through this practice.

Something that’s been on my mind lately

Day 1 of Convention was full of emotions, connections, and inspiration✨

Today felt like stepping into something completely different from everyday life.
From endless rose fields to the distillation process itself… I had the chance to see how rose oil is truly created from start to finish😍

Three tons of roses just to produce a small amount of oil… and suddenly you understand why every drop carries so much value, time, and nature within it.

It’s not just a process — it’s patience, precision, and a deep respect for something so delicate. Watching it all happen in real life made me feel incredibly grateful to witness it so closely🤍🙏🏻
