International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation
The International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation (ICCR) is a voluntary international group of cosmetics regulatory authorities from Brazil, Canada, Chinese Taipei, the European Union, Japan, the Republic of Korea, and the United States who meet on an annual basis to discuss cosmetics safety and regulation, as well as enter into a constructive dialogue with relevant cosmetics industry trade associations.

As can be understood from the names, care cosmetics (or in another way it is called - caring) is intended for the care of the skin of the face, body, nails and hair. It is designed to maintain the beauty and youthfulness of the skin, as well as to solve various cosmetic problems - from increased oil content to premature aging.



The function of decorative cosmetics is to hide flaws and to advantageously emphasize the advantages of our appearance. In the arsenal, every woman must have basic means of both caring and decorative cosmetics.

The categories and subcategories of beauty products listed above are formed according to the criterion of purpose and specific use. But there is an equally significant parameter that influences what products will end up in a cosmetic bag or on a shelf in the bathroom. This is the price and brandness of cosmetics.

According to this criterion, all products of the beauty industry can be divided into three segments:

mass market;
professional tools;
elite products.
