What kind of oil is good for joints
Today we propose to discuss: "what oil is good for joints". We have tried to fully disclose the topic and present it in a convenient form.
There are quite a few alternative ways to treat joint diseases that manifest themselves in pain, swelling and other symptoms. One such folk joint treatment is oil, which is used both internally and externally. This therapeutic therapy is particularly useful for relieving pain and tight joint mobility in rheumatoid arthritis and arthrosis.
joint oil. It is considered one of the best natural joint oils because it contains groups of fats known as mid-chain fatty acids, which by their nature have important healing properties. The product acts as an effective anti-inflammatory, analgesic and restorative agent, improving the elasticity of bone and cartilage tissue. When used externally, it works better in a warm manner. They rub problem areas of the body, then wrap them in a warm cloth. The procedure, which is performed 2-3 times a day, improves blood flow to the affected area, reduces pain and swelling.

In case you were wondering if HomeGoods has been slacking on their affinity for the cat ladies (otherwise known as “my people”), I’m happy to report that they’re not. I was just at the one near my house, and even on a Sunday night (by which time everything has been picked over, and pretty much all that’s left are the dregs), there were plenty of things for feline enthusiasts.
I’m trying to chill on new cat lady purchases, because I’m borderline right meow, but I deeply regret not getting the “Are You Kitten Me?” mug (she has lashes!) and kitty tea towels…
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen
P.S. Happy Humpday!!!!!

This is NOT my breakfast, I swear. This is the practice pre-Easter roast chicken and potato dish I made earlier this week.
I get really nervous when I have to cook something new for people other than El Hub, Tabs and Connor, so I like to practice a dish one or two times.
I dunno… It’s just that I’m not naturally gifted with cooking. Sure, I can follow a recipe and do OK, but I don’t want people to leave hungry. I want you to come over and stuff yourself silly. That’s my new mission in life, which is why I do things like practice runs of this roast chicken and potato dish, which I think I also talked about in last week’s Saturday Surfing (yes, after 11 years of blogging, sometimes I repeat myself, haha).
It turned out really well! The recipe’s by Laura Vitale of Laura in the Kitchen. Her recipes aren’t fussy, and they’re delicious and easy to follow. This one took me 10 minutes to prep the night before. Basically, you throw the marinade ingredients and the chicken into a bowl, then stick it into the fridge overnight so the flavors can marry.

I have. It was when I was in my late teens (~19), and, in a nutshell, it was not fun.
Before that, when I was still in high school, my skin was clear and smooth. I still got the occasional pimple, especially on my forehead, but it didn’t get serious until my sophomore year in college.
For one, it hurt. Like, physically hurt. The pimples I had were big and red, and they were tender to the touch, and I remember so clearly how simple things that I take for granted now, like washing my face or putting on sunscreen, became a chore because it hurt to touch my face.
And then when I started taking Accutane in my sophomore year, my face hurt even more because the medication dried out my skin and made it extremely sensitive to sunlight and, surprisingly, even wind.
On sunny, breezy days my cheeks would hurt like a M***A. I remember stepping out of my apartment one day, seeing that there was a breeze outside, and wishing that it was socially acceptable to wear a helmet around campus and to lectures.
And of course there was the mental and emotional pain.
