Ингредиенты:

Перец — по вкусу
Натертый сыр (можно два вида) — 200 г
Тмин — по вкусу
Базилик — по вкусу

Приготовление:
1. Разогреть растительное масло, добавить в него муку и обжарить до золотистого цвета
2. Медленно влить стакан молока. Помешивая, довести до кипения, добавить натертый сыр.
3. Добавить приправы, мягкое сливочное масло (его необходимо заранее достать из холодильника), перемешать.
4. Подавать горячим, залив макароны или можно потушить макароны в соусе пару минут.
