🚀 My Personal Entrepreneurial Odyssey with Crisgrow Ltd🚀

In March 2018, I embarked on a new venture after the setback of my first business. Determined to empower smallholder farmers, I launched a company aimed at exporting their produce. Despite initial success, the onset of COVID-19 in 2020 disrupted our operations. Amid challenges, I gleaned valuable lessons crucial for entrepreneurial success by the grace of God:

❇ Plan B Hinders Full Devotion
My experience taught me the danger of spreading resources too thin. I learned to focus on mastering one trade before diversifying, recalling how my early attempts at multitasking almost led to failure.

When faced with adversity, innovation became our lifeline. Shifting focus from avocado exports to creating value-added products like LAVADO was born out of necessity, turning rejected produce into profitable ventures.

We expanded revenue streams by introducing local avocado products and seedling sales, leveraging our expertise while adapting to market demands—a strategy born from witnessing first hand the consequences of spreading resources too wide.

Expertise and industry knowledge became my compass. Authenticity was not just a principle but a lifeline, especially during critical negotiations and partnerships, drawing from my experiences of earning trust through genuine expertise.
