HOW TO BE HEALTHY WITHOUT ANY MEDICINE
1. Sleep like your life depends on it.
Because it does. Most healing happens while you sleep. Poor sleep slowly affects your mood, energy, immunity, and overall health.
2. Practice mindfulness or meditation daily.
Just 10β20 minutes of stillness can reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve focus, and bring balance to both mind and body.
3. Walk every day.
You don't need a complicated fitness plan. A daily walk improves your heart, mind, digestion, and emotional well-being.
4. Drink more water than you think you need.
Many people are tired, unfocused, or irritable simply because they are dehydrated.
5. Eat food that your grandparents would recognize.
The closer food is to its natural form, the better your body usually responds to it.
6. Get sunlight every day.
Your body was designed to spend time outdoors. Sunlight supports mood, sleep, energy, and overall health.
7. Stop eating when you're full.
Many illnesses begin where moderation ends. Your body needs nourishment, not constant consumption.
8. Protect your peace.
Stress is one of the most damaging things you can carry. A peaceful mind is often the foundation of a healthy body.
9. Move after meals.
A short walk after eating can do more for your health than most people realize.
10. Spend less time on screens and more time in real life.
Your eyes, brain, posture, and mental health will thank you.
11. Surround yourself with good people.
The people around you influence your habits, emotions, and even your physical health more than you think.
12. Breathe deeply and slow down.
Many people spend their lives rushing. A calm nervous system is one of the greatest medicines available to you.
13. Practice gratitude daily.
A grateful mind experiences less stress, less negativity, and more peace.
Health is not built in hospitals.

Injera, also known as taita, is a sour fermented pancake-like flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made of teff flour. In Ethiopia and Eritrea, injera is a staple. Injera is central to the dining process in Amhara society, like bread or rice elsewhere.
